If you make an incall appointment and the provider is obviously not the person in the ad, or if there is anything else that makes you feel very uncomfortable, what is the best thing to do?  I know the best thing is to get VIP membership and do your research beforehand.  But if you are in that situation, is it ever advisable to just walk (or run) away?  Or do you just go through with the session anyway?

The reason you get the VIP membership is so you are hopefully not in that position. But even having the VIP membership, there isnt any guarantee. The girl could have had a meltdown just before you knocked on her door. She could be drugged out of her mind. She could be "bait and switch" and you say.  

All that being said, my advice is you dont EVER go through with a session that you feel "very uncomfortable" with. I give the same advice to ladies starting out that I mentor before they see a guy.  

If you have that "uh-oh" feeling inside, dont fight it. That "sixth sense" was given to you for a reason. No its not infallible and yes, it can make things uncomfortable later when she trashes you or blows up your phone but clearly a case of better be safe than sorry. But to give you an idea how rare that should be, I have been doing this over 10 years and have never had to walk away from a situation. I do know people that have, but they would tell you its very rare too, IF you are seeing well reviewed girls

I've been advising clients for years that our biological evolution lags far behind our technological advances so whenever those little hairs on the back of your neck start standing up, ignore that warning to your peril!  In my mind, this analysis obtains in most, if not all, of the situations we face in life.  

I will also reemphasize BPM's counsel to get a VIP membership & see well-reviewed girls: it is an excellent way to minimize the chances of the scenario you've described.  Like BPM, I've been playing this game for over 10 years and also have never had to walk away either.  I wouldn't hesitate to do so, however, if I felt it was appropriate.

....I finally grew the pair necessary to not play the bait and switch game.  From hot white chick to heroine ghetto girl, and I simply walked away when she opened the door.  There was some yelling at me down the hallway, but you know I didn't get hepititis or worse from her and I didn't pay to have sex with a women I had no interest in getting intimate with under any circumstances.

Yes, walk away but think about how much taking these chances can cost you please.  Robbery, medical costs arising from pimps and diseases from these girls, legal bills.  Just go purchase a prepaid Visa card at the grocery store or pharamacy and use it to pay for VIP if you don't want TER charging your normal card.  Being on here as a non-VIP just makes no sense whatsoever now that I have the context of having VIP

because she is not the lady in the pictures. Secondly if you have a "weird" feeling leave quickly. Your safety is as important as ours. But to get tricked by fake pictures and have your safety compromised is a bit much. You are doing nothing wrong by not seeing her. Please play safe;-)

why not have VIP to minimize any B & S, ROB, C & D, situations?  $30 a month is much less costly than one bad experience isn't it?
