Tipping

When working with an agency that really prides itself on not upselling, do you tip beyond the stated amount?  I have not been, but wonder if I should be.

Remember, agency girls do not get to keep all the required donation.  So, if you feel she deserves more than whatever percentage she will get, by all means feel free to give her a tip.  Girls who work for agencies know they will have to turn over a certain amount of the collected amount, in return for the agency doing the administrative work for her, plus providing a location to work.

Bottom line, it's totally up to you.

When an agency makes a real point of it being an all-inclusive price, makes sure the girls aren't asking for tips, etc. is there an unwritten expectation that you're still going to tip?  Basically I'm wondering if hobbyists generally tip escorts by default (like in a restaurant) or only for truly exceptional service?

At my rate, I don't need a tip...it is already built in. I would say if a woman is charging what you feel is low or reasonable and her service is far better than what you expected, tip her. The amount is up to you. The most common is usually a 25 or 50 dollar gift card to Bath and Body, Victoria's Secret, or a restaurant. The ones that you don't expect are the extra bill already in the envelope. Just know that we very much appreciate your tips, but moreso your repeat business. Coming back is the best tip you can offer.  I have a guy who always gives me 100 dollars in PowerBall tickets, and you can bet your ass if I win, he is getting half!

Thanks, London.  Exactly what I wanted to know. I'm lazy, so an extra 50 in the envelope is probably my style vs a gift card, but I'm more likely to do it on a second date if I repeat.  Other providers find about the same ratio?

Hi London;
  Seems rather foolish to me to have a tip already in the envelope unless perhaps the client is a repeat. Would one tip at a restaurant before ever having the meal? Just my opinion.
  I almost always tip. Sometimes it's a very token amount, sometimes quite substantial, depending on her performance and our "chemistry". I will also often have a small gift wrapped and ready in case I am particularly impressed by a woman. But then, I'm the type who tips a woman for being prompt in acting as a reference for me. In that case I'll usually send her gift points at P411. IMO...tipping should reflect an appreciation for a job well done.
  I read that a lot of men don't believe in tipping and I say to each his own. And I can understand the mind set that believes the best tip is repeat business. I like to believe, though it may be wishful thinking, that my tipping will help leave fonder memories of me with a provider and lead to an even better encore performance in the future.
  Powerball tickets?....that's an interesting idea...LOL

I can't say whether I think it's a good idea or not, because yes I agree the service could be crappy, and then he is stuck. I was just giving him a few examples of things that I have encountered during my time here, and that's one of them. I had a guy tip me an extra 200 that was already in a sealed envelope, and he had no clue what I was going to do or not do. I suppose he read the reviews lol.

Top half or bottom half?

I bring gifts, and those of you that have read my previous posts on this subject, know what I bring.  ERGO, I do not tip.

but that said...   there are occasions when I do.  Why?  Because I feel she's worth more than the advertized donation.

since they only get a portion of the rate. For an independent I don't think it's expected. I wouldn't expect it. In fact, if a client wanted to give me something more than my stated rate I would prefer a sweet and thoughtful gift instead of more cash. With a gift you are reminded of the good time you had every time you use it.
