Hi All, I'm new to all this and am probably in a unique situation. I'm in NYC and would I'm interested in soliciting a provider but I have no interest in FS or a BJ. Believe it or not in many states a nude lap dance would be considered an act of prostitution. So would any massage with genital contact. "Escorting", the act of paying a woman for her time, is not illegal but, depending on where you are and who catches you, just about anything you do that involves titillation is against the law.

I'd recommend a site where you could find out about legal massage from beautiful girls with no sex whatsoever, but I've never had any interest in that. Sorry.
Yes, they can make a case against someone based on how they found the lady and a bunch of other circumstantial stuff. If they could not, there would not be a lot of convictions. But mostly they want something a lot clearer, like a reply to an ad that says FS, or a comment saying you want a happy ending. If you stick with ladies who do not offer anything more than a massage, and make it clear you are just looking for a good massage from a beautiful woman in every exchange, you probably are safe.
But just like in any other exchange, regardless of the goal, if the lady starts to ask you if you want specific, illegal, acts, run away.
And that is true whether you find the lady here or on another web site that frowns on FS. Many ladies who offer sensual or full body massage will throw in a happy ending if you want, and that crosses the line, no question. If it is offered at any point before you are being rubbed down, run away.
LE wants clean, easy, busts, and a guy who keeps saying he is just looking for a massage would not be one of those.

I really believe the OP would be well advised to treat any provider he finds via TER for massage with every bit as much discretion as he would if he engaged her for FS. Or better yet, look elsewhere. Why run the legal risks without the illegal thrills?
