...if while writing a review my input would be used to make corrections like hair color etc.

As for your example of cup sizes, when I wrote a providers first review and filled out her profile I asked her those questions so I could be accurate.

There is hope. Admin posted on the S&P board that they are considering some changes to how the profile is done when writing a review.

Hi there,

I'm wondering if there is anyway to change the provider profile. I know the Profile comes with the first review and is based on what that first reviewer's experience with my services were. Long story short, the highest I can get is a 9 because of the "Don't Knows" that are in my profile. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Go to your profile and click on the problem report link (upper right).  It's like a PM to Admin about things that need correction on your profile. Explain who you are, give your Provider ID# and tell them what needs to be done. Another possibility is to us "Contact Us" which is at the bottom of every page. Click on it explain who you are, give them your Provider ID# and explain what needs to be changed.

I know of providers that have gotten things corrected this way.

Open your profile, click on the problem report button, and tell admin what items you want to change.  Change the 'Don't knows' to what you will offer.  You are right, if not enough of the services required for a 10 are not listed on your menu, you can not get that rating.

That is in theory.

I have read a lot of reviews where the points given above "7" were not  justified by what was in the review.  (There were periods of time when it seemed staff was not counting to make sure the point requirements were met.)  However, since the (really dumb, in my opinion) rating requirements were that the service merely be "offered" rather than engaged in, that is not a full-proof way to know whether the rating was justified.

If I read a review from the past six months that is not justified, my submitting a "problem report" is usually approved (with 2 days credit).

I've said it before and will say it again:
If a lady offers CIM, in my book that's enough to qualify for a "10".

I have often thought this is a poor system.  Hair colors etc., change over time.  They need to be updated.,  Also, having a man guess at a cup size is an exercise in futility.  A few know, most are clueless.  I mean about cup sizes., but then again....

The support staff at TER are all very quick and reliable. Try sending an email for a quick response. Make sure to include your TER ID and what you want corrected.
