Is it possible to search for someone by their e-mail address?... lol  I've looked around, but I haven't been able to come up with anything.

As far as I know, only way to search hobbyists is by their handle.

I could have sworn 'Search by Reviewer' had fields for either the reviewer's username or his email. I just checked and the email field is gone, and entering an email there doesn't work. Are both fields still there for those with provider VIP?

I have paid VIP. I used to be able to search by the reviewer's email, and now I can't. Other hobbyists with paid VIP say it's the same for them. I suspect it has been changed so that only providers have the capability.

I am a provider & all I know is I have that option available to me. Just checked again to be sure.

Yes there is .  
1. Click on Reviews Tab.
2. Click on Search by Reviewers or  the whitelist tab

Both allow you to find a member by his email.
