I mean, how do agencies screen?  I've seen multiple providers at multiple agencies, and the most they ever ask of me is my first name.  At first, I thought it was just a couple of bad agencies not screening properly, but now that it's been a year of hobbying, it's the same old story always.

Is my phone number on some sort of "approved" list that agencies and providers share?

some want proof of your employment, others want provider references or use a verification service like date check or RS2K.

Some don't do anything.

...then eventually you are going to find yourself in a very undesirable position - and I'll guarantee that LE will require more than just your first name when that time comes.

Effective screening helps ensure safety for both providers and hobbyists.  For best results, avoid those agencies and providers that don't do it.

You and I could swap places, and be pre-screened.
