I usually ask before performing it. "Do you need a little tongue kiss?"  If a guy declined(which has yet to happen to me) I wouldn't be insulted bu a little taken back.

Aside from the fact that I have had some amazing CBJs, and some HJ (at AMPs) to rival a good BBBJ...

Assuming this is from fear of STDs... a HJ or CBJ is probably your safest bet... do you do CFS? CFS has a real risk of herpes infection (less so with a female condom) due to the inevitable skin-to-skin genital contact (it doesn't take much).

This being the case, maybe you should stick to a massage and happy ending at the local AMP... or bingo.
