I'm just guessing here.   If it's been that long, you should have received it by now.  If not, contact Admin and ask them about it.

Not new to hobbying, but I've decided to be more cautious about it. I paid for a VIP membership about 48 hours ago, how long should it take before I get it? I'm still a basic member.

active in less than 24 hours when I first signed up. After that when I renew it's instant.
If you look to the upper right of the page you'll see the box with the date, "welcome jack_daniels", your membership date and then a gold/yellow banner that says VIP MEMBER.

I would contact admin by using "contact us" and ask about it. It should be active by now.
Note: I used a credit card. If you used another payment method that may change things. I don't know.
