I've had several reviews "deferred" then post without complication or explanation.

OK, I've had approved, pending and denied status on reviews I have tried to post in the past, now I get a "deferred" and "on hold". Anyone know what that is all about?

It is getting tougher to post reviews...and I'm VIP!

It may mean that they want a second corroborating review of the gal before publishing yours.

Is yours her first review by any chance?

Second review. First one six months ago, I've seen her quite often since. First time I gave her a 9/10 and repeated it this time, just updated the narrative. Maybe they want me to downgrade the grade, which I will not do.

Apparently this is something new or not seen very often!

Borderline call maybe on whether to approve it, so they pass it on up the chain of command. Believe me, none of us are completely trusted. VIP or not, doesn't matter.

I recieved a response back from TER Support staff which was nice of them to explain to me what deferred means.

Here is the response

Your review has been deferred. A status of deferred means the review has been flagged for further inspection by one of the senior members of our staff. This can happen for any number of reasons, usually just something needs to be verified in the review.

Thank you for the support,
--TER Support Staff

They deferred it yesterday and approved the review today, so not  even 24 hours.

Hope that answers everyones question
