It may still take a while for it to get approved...

Ok so my client emailed me back. said my review was unapproved because my name wasnt on my ad. So I went back and edited my ad to make sure my name was on there.

Now heres the question. DOes he have to do it all over again? Can he resubmit it?

I really do not want to hassle my clients esspecially ones who were so willing to go the extra mile and do this.

If you fixed the problem, he should not have to re do the whole thing.

the URL of your ad has changed, in which case he should update that and resubmit the review.

I did give him a new link, I also emailed TER to try to fix the problem. Last thing I want to do is chase away my clients but beating them with the website!!! (So to say) lol

I feel like hammy right now...off of over the hedge....one too many cups of coffee!!

I'm just guessing how TER's approval process works, but a valid ad or website may just be among the first hurdles for a new provider's review. It seems that only after such technical details pass muster would they take the time to read the actual descriptions. It's not as though once they receive the updated URL you'll necessarily be getting published right away. So don't hurt yourself climbing the walls.

He can resubmitt up to 90 days.   Once you get a review up, it shows up in the most recent reviews which I watch for my area.  It would be best to get the review up in 30 days, otherwise I think it drops down in the list to the date.
Good luck,
H
