I can think of some incall places (AMPs) that sometimes have two or more names, two or more websites, two or more telephone numbers ... and the SAME girls!
Some places have two separate locations with different names and numbers and the girls go back and forth. (5 days at A; 2 days off; 5 days at B.)
The "double listing" places I've checked out are legit.
I've convinced myself that it's a marketing tool.
First, they place ads for Name1-Phone1 and Name2-Phone2 in different places (BP, Eros, etc.) and see which phone number / ad generates the most business. That tells them where to spend more (75:25 vs 50:50) of their ad money. It can also tell them which ad style is more effective: BIG PICS, small pics. Wordy, brief. State the rate, 'call for rate'. Etc., etc..
Second, if someone has a bad time at Name1 and sees the ads for Name2, they might go to Name2 thinking the girls have moved to the new place (Name2) or something else changed (ownership?).
To me, it isn't necessarily suspicious IN THE AREAS THAT I AM COMFORTABLE. I don't know how things work in The Netherlands.
