A number of booking forms will accept TER mebers, but I have seen them ask for the TER "member #"... I have gone to my account manager section.. and don't see the member # indicated anywhere.
...it's likely they want your handle. If it's a provider asking she is probably accustomed to her TER provider ID # so that's what she asked for. If she is wanting to check you out here on TER your handle is what she will need. You do have a TER id # but the only place I've seen it is at the top left of the review form when I look at any of the reviews I've written. I don't know where BigPapasan finds the numbers when he answers this question. I used to tell guys you couldn't find it until you have reviews. Now I'm not sure that's correct. He is right when he says your id # is of no use to anyone.
your ID # will be on it. Any provider you put on your favorite list, when she gets a review, you will get an email from admin and your ID # will be on it. Not sure why we have them, because they are basically useless, unlike providers' numbers. Your handle is all a provider needs to look you up.
