It is a new feature found in the "New Favorites Page" (as opposed to the "Classic Favorites Page"). Once you've marked a provider as a favorite, it creates a separate list of "favorites". If you have several marked as favorites you can search or sort them by name, city, state, or the rating you gave them.

I do not believe anyone else can see the ratings that you have assigned. If you have any comments or questions simply email Gina. It's a well run service.

Hello everyone. I just noticed on prefered411, for the providers that I have under my "favorites" category, we can give them 1 to 5 star ratings.   What exactly is this rating system? Is it pretty simple? Is this rating system for quality? Is it for something else?  Does the provider know who is giving the ratings?  Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but I'd appreciate if someone can explain this to me. Thanks.

Just send Gina a quick note asking her what it's for, but if I know her, I bet an explanation is already on that site somewhere for you to see. She is very thorough.
