usually if you visit a girls website you can find rates... but if you absolutely must ask over the phone.. i would suggest asking about the 'donation' rather than the 'rate'

It's OK to ask for rates for time ... since that's what you're paying for ... anything else that happens is between consenting adults ... just don't mention sex and money together ... like, "What do I get for $250? Would you blow me for $80?" A smart provider would hang up on you with a question like that!!

Some ladies are more sensitive about questions of whether the rate is for massage or escort.  They are very concerned about LE.

I was turned down by a NYR (Not Yet Reviewed) lady when I asked whether the quoted rate ($200) is for massage or escort.  I was thinking that the rate was too low for escorting for a lady of her look.  It took a week for her to finally return my call.
