How many of you providers get fake reviews? Someone gave me a review and I've literally never met him. How can this happen? Doesn't TER care about fake reviews?

It is often a result of guys wanting to get the free VIP days.

You should report it to TER Administration, and lay down your case for why it is fake.  (For example, if a guy says he saw you in LA, and you can prove you were in NYC at that time, that would be a bust.)

I would say that TER gives the benefit of the doubt to the reviewer, so decide in advance that you will accept what they say.  Gals who get feisty about it often get banned.

If TER sees enough fake review reports about a certain reviewer, they may eventually take action against him

I just got one and I'm trying to get it removed now. It's not fair we can't write reviews about clients that have done wrong by us or provide proof that the review is false. This site does not help protect providers or their reputAtion at all. It's completely wrong.
