what email address you use, and I don't think any other guys will care either, IMHO.  Not sure what your concern is.

Since anyone can setup a gmail account I was thinking about using my domain email @playmatejayla.com for clients but I still want to keep my gmail for misc contact for advertising etc. my question is does the email address really make a difference?

You can use your domain email for your website and ads. The only advantage I see for using a different email, like gmail, for ads is if you want to test how effective an ad is.
Also, some ladies may have different (private) email for use only by their top regulars.
And another more private personal email for non-hobby ,(family friends,)

... is a bit more stalkable.  It wouldn't matter to me as a client, but if you use gmail other gmail users can see if you are online unless you remember to control your privacy.  Not sure if this matters, but if I were you I would go with your domain email.
