I'm relatively new to this hobby and appreciate all the info/advice on this board. You all have been a great help getting started.
Here's the scenario... I have an upcoming date with a provider that will take place at a local hotel near a major metropolitan airport at night. After booking the date, I found out that I'll have to fly out of that same airport the next morning. Rather than travel back and forth between the hotel and my home (about an hours drive), would it be inapropriate for me to stay overnight in the same hotel where the date took place? Also, should I say something to my date to give her a heads up that I'll be staying on the premises in another room following our encounter?
No, you are free to sleep wherever you want to her in the good old USA! If you are concerned that the lady might see you in the lobby or something and think that you are stalking then you might casually mention that you are flying out in the morning and staying at the hotel that night.
I would tell the lady your plans up front. I wouldn't want her to run into me later and think I was stalking her!
Heck, who knows that she might give you a good deal to split the cost of the room and when she leaves the room will be yours (unless you know she is staying there all night as well). The other possible upside is if you guys hit it off she might invite you to stay the night...I've only had that happen once and it's with my current ATF!!

but it was quite by accident. I was travelling, and one of my favorite ladies was visiting the city where I was going. When I called to let her know that I was in town, (we had already set up the date) not only were we in the same hotel, but in adjacent rooms. Since it was by accident, and we already knew each other, we had a good laugh about it.
We did cross paths at breakfast the following morning. She made a point of walking past my table on her way to the ladies room, and gave me a nice big smile.
If it does happen, and you see her in the lobby, or elsewhere, don't do anything to acknowledge that you know her. Just keep walking.
Would not be out of line at all. I would bring it up in causal conversation during your appt. just in case you do happen to run into her in the lobby. But not a big deal I don't think, happens everyday.
