If the review has not been published yet, then you can change it all you want.

If it has been published, and it is still within the 90 day window to write a review, then you can write a new review that will supersede the old review.

However, if it has been over 90 days, then you have two options:

One is to see the provider again and write a new review.  That review will supersede the old review.

The other is to write to TER and make a compelling case for changing the review, but I think it unlikely that they will do so unless the reasons are very compelling

The burden of proof is always on the reviewer.  You must convince admin that the score should be changed, and you must have very strong reason(s) for changing the score.

You'd probably have more luck just writing a new review with the score(s) you want the provider to have.

one "submits" a review.  Then you have about 72 hours to revise it, which, if you have been paying attention, you should already realize since you have submitted at least 12 reviews.

If you did not give the matter enough thought during those 72 hours, you might want to ask yourself "why not?"

...(whatever term you choose) by TER is 72 hours it can just as easily be 2, 10, 24 or any random amount of time. I've had reviews post in an hour and I've had them take a week. His twelve review experience is likely the same. The point now is his review has been approved and posted. He has been given good advice considering the situation as it stands.

Now on to you and your tone in this post. Were this on any other board I would think it was unnecessary but have nothing to say. However, we are on the Newbie Board. The OP has twelve reviews. Not exactly a Newbie but still figuring things out. We don't respond with derision and condescension here we answer the question as best we can and pass on any other useful advice that may apply. I strongly suggest you change your attitude to conform with that of this board or go to any other TER discussion board you choose and share your brand of wit and wisdom with them.

No one objects to you posting on this board only the manner in which you choose to express yourself.
