This does not seem to be just a newbie issue/question, even experienced hobbyist seem to forget we never need to discuss the money/gift/donation, so ... PSA!!!  
 Even if we have met you before, honestly I believe most providers would prefer you have the donation together before we arrive.  
   
 I personally never want to stand there while you count out money- it's awkward and ruins what should have the feel of a real date ending.  
 I never want you to ask oh how much again, OMG!!!!! If we have not seen each other in a while, or maybe there was some reason the regular donation would not be given, please, please respect that issue should be addressed before we start!!!!  
   
 If you even think before hand, there could be a chance to stay longer, please know exactly how to handle it- DISCRETELY!!!!  
 Oh how much for another hour is not soooooo discrete. It will be great if providers could give suggestions of how to handle this.  
   
 I understand it is very difficult because there are NO real rules to this world and every lady has the right to run her business the way she sees fit but if you really want to impress us, make sure we always feel safe with you- asking a question about money can send up a red flag just as bad as other things.  
   
 SAFETY is the sexiest and best way for all to feel amazing and be comfortable!!!!
