Not to seem silly, but I have seen the acronyms NMM and digits.  They are not listed on the abbreviations list (that I saw).

Either links to reviews, or the names and cities of the providers... since the letter appeared IN a review, you can easily sent internal mail to the reviewer to ask... but now you have our curiosity aroused.. NPI
