are they automaticallly put to your profile or do they go on your profile at all?

The first time you are reviewed that "sets the profile" for you.  The profile section of your review will not be changed after that unless you submit a problem report.  So when the next review goes up, only the General Details and Juicy details will be from that reviewer.

Like inicky said, your first review establishes your profile.  You do not have an ID# until you get your first review.  Any subsequent reviews will be added to your profile if the reviewer does it right, by using your ID# to get the right profile.  Sometimes, when a reviewer does not know your profile or ID#, a second profile may be created.  A problem report telling admin about this will get them combined into one profile.

she does not have a TER ID#.  Providers are assigned an ID# with their first review.
