So, I've been keeping an eye on Eros for the past couple of weeks looking for my first provider.  I noticed an ad for a girl who had multiple bad reviews on here saying she is not the girl in the pics.  The same pics are back on Eros with a different name now.

I am very new at this.  Maybe that is SOP for providers to change their names frequently or maybe this girl is actually trying to "escape" her bad reviews and get a few more unsuspecting clients.  

Is this something I can/should report somewhere or somehow?

Side Question - There were multiple reviews for the girl in question saying they were not her in the pics but the "Pictures are Accurate" was checked yes.  Who decides it's time to flip that to "No"?

...under that new name.  Then you can report the new profile to TER and they will combine the two profiles under the first profile with both of her names.

 
Answer to Side Question -  "Pictures are Accurate" is established by the first reviewer who created her profile.  It's difficult to change, but you can cite the "multiple reviews" since her profile was established that says the photos aren't her.  That should be enough to flip it to  "Photos of another person."

This is what some call a "Bait and Switch".  Eros is just like any ad board and that's why it's important to do your research.  I personally stay away from ladies unless they have a P411 profile.  That has become my way of verifying, even if she doesn't have reviews.  

I don't know if Eros has a mechanism to report it and even if they did, they probably aren't going to do much.  

TER can be picky about the proof needed to change a Profile.

Since the original pics were on Eros, the ad has probably expired by now. If still up, be sure to grab the link to the old ad.

If the old ad is gone, it will be hard to say to TER that, "Old Mary (see pics in old ad) is now New Susie (see pics in new ad)." The same phone number could tie Old Mary and New Susie together, but that doesn't prove that it is the same girl. They could be sharing a number or it could be their pimp or an agency.  Or Old Mary could have retired and given her old phone number and anonymous account and "business leads" to New Susie.

EDIT: If you can find another ad for the same Old Mary (backpage, cityvibe, slixa ...) that hasn't expired, then the pics from the still accessible ad can be used to compare and prove that Old Mary is the same as New Susie. And, as BP pointed out, there is nothing to report to TER until there is a Profile to report!

Without personal proof ("I met Old Mary and she is now New Susie!"), TER might be reluctant to change Old Mary's Profile to "Mary / Susie".

The "Photo Accurate" but "Not the girl in the pic" problem is different. Basically, the Provider resembles the girl in the pic but clearly is not the girl in the pic. Think "celebrity look alike." No, you are not meeting Taylor Swift, just someone who looks like her ... sort of.  Just how accurate is accurate? It's a crap shoot.

The pictures are stolen. You can tell by comparing the rates on the ads. Since the name doesn't match, good job at checking that out. Now you need to see if the rates match. If they are a few digits off, don't worry maybe she changed her rates. If the rates are off by large sums then you are dealing with a case of stolen pics. The person who stole the pics usually has the cheaper rate.  The ad with the higher rate is the real provider and if you were interested in seeing the provider from the pics, you will get contact info from the ad that has the higher rate.
