I feel like a kid in a candy store.

I saw my first about a week ago, my second a day later, my third xmas day and I'm seeing my 4th today.

I may be obbessed with this board and the search for great sex, I find myself on here a lot.

So wise ones, Is this a normal thing when your starting out? Will I slow down? Do I need to go to a 12 step program?

The money is not a problem but I can see it could get that way very quickly.

Please tell me of your experences when first starting out and how things our now.

I think that interest does die down a bit after a while, and then oscillates a bit after that.

As long as you don't do terminal damage to your finances or other important parts of your life, you are OK.  Some newbies engage in a lot of activity initially, then settle down to something more reasonable. (and more affordable?)

I am atypical.  I saw one lady, waited for ten months, saw three more ladies in a period of two months, then waited another nine months until I saw someone else.  Since July, I am averaging one visit every six weeks.

I would hobby more often, every other week, if finances allowed.

As long as you don't take foolish chances or spend money that you can't afford I don't see frequency as a problem.  You may slow down after a while or you may not.  You may find a few favs that you decide to stick with or you may keep looking for new encounters all the time.  You may end up happily doing a little of both.

You are the best answering. Have you been addicted to activity during your past. Video games, alcohol, gambling. If you have had other addictions, get treatment. If you have not had addictions, you are reacting to meeting quality women for sex. When I first found TER and had a chance to hook up with good providers, I dropped about five grand within one week

Great sex causes your body to releases similar chemicals as many hard drugs.  It feels wonderful but be aware of what is happening. I love the hobby.  I have a serious adrenaline addiction.  The hobby feeds this nicely as do my many other crazy activities.

with discretionary income.  Managing your finances wisely will do a lot for your enjoyment of the hobby.  You don't need your SO bitching because you were late paying the mortgage since you delayed making the payment to see a provider.
