To review a provider without having to add all the info.. Do I have to type in all the info that is redundant?

You have to enter all of the info.  From time to time TER has talked about changing this but it hasn't happened yet.

By the way, the info you enter does not alter her posted profile so if you have information that is different from what is posted it may be worth your while to also file a problem report with the new info.  You will get a couple of VIP days for your efforts.

There is a reason for this, but as BG said, you have to re-enter all the information even though it will not change her profile.  To make it easier, open a tab with her profile, or better yet another browser window, so you can more easily copy the information into your review.
