Is there a waiting period before i can post a review?

Because the red tape I have had to endure in order to see this chick that led me here - better be worth it.

No, you can write a review right away if you want. After submission, the TER prompt says that reviews will be posted within 72 hours, but lately, the posting has been a lot faster, sometimes within a matter of hours, assuming there are no problems with it.

This is not true. I attempted to post a review on a new provider and was told that reviews from new members will not be posted for new providers.

However; that does not mean your review will be approved immediately, or anytime soon thereafter.

If the provider you saw has no previous reviews TER will not allow a first review by a first time reviewer.

TER may arbitrarily defer your review until you have accrued an unspecified amount of log-in time and/or more subsequent reviews in an effort to vet your dedication, accountability and hobbying veracity.  

 The "red tape" of being screened by a provider or her agency is now just PART of the fun.
