I have come across 2 independent SPs whose website looks good (but without any reviews on TER or any other web site). I wanted to meet them but they asked me to send the donation upfront via Money Gram / Western Union to someone in Philippines
I suspect that they could be scam but want to make sure Has anyone out there had such an experience? If yes, how was it? If not, then what do you think?
Just my opinion, but: no reviews, $ sent to Philippines,and $ up front by wire, SCAM!!!! But if you're still interested, I have a bridge for sale that would be perfect for you.

Casah is King! Paid in advance is never good as service always suffers. In this case, you'd never even get to see her... if it is a "her". Probably stolen pictures too, since you'll never meet her.
Newbies should always stick to well reviewed providers. It greatly increases the odds your meeting will go well. Yes, you need VIP. VIP is far cheaper than even one spoiled date, wasted opportunity, rip off, bait & switch, underperformer, upseller, rush job... skb

Even if she incurred a cost to see you (traveling to you or the like) why would you send the money to another country? Especially a country that ranks right up there with Nigeria for scams?
As a newbie, you are inviting trouble. Haven"t you read this board enough to know how risky that can be. A seasoned hobbyist may have developed the instinct to TOFTT. But, as a newbie, you probably have not.
A seasoned hobbyist would never send money overseas. You may wind up in a sex trafficking investigation.
Also, seeing a provider with no reviews, could result in your being robbed or arrested.
Perhaps you should read this board about 30 days back through the present. Then familiarize yourself with the self-help guide. Also the rip-offs tab on the review section can save you grief.
