There are no real standards in the biz. Another reason you seriously need to get a VIP membership and do your research before seeing a lady. Many ladies are one pop, many are MSOG.

With VIP you can read a ladies reviews to see if she allows a second pop in the hour. It is allowed most of the time with well reviewed providers. You have an hour to enjoy yourself so why would the session end halfway through your time. Next time pay the $20 for the monthly VIP membership and read the ladies reviews. I usually take a moment to freshen up, a little pillow talk and then it's time for some more sweet kissing.

Not for others. You may be somewhat younger than a lot of us here. Those of us who are a bit older are usually only good for one round, sometimes two. If you stick around, and keep reading, you'll discover that for most, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. A prostitute only wants the money as quick and for as little effort as possible.

An escort is concerned with your satisfaction and thier reputation.

I always downplay the whole money sex thing. The most satisfying encounters for me are the ones where money never comes up and its very natural and free-flowing. In these cases I always tip.

I don't think I've ever seen an escort advertise by the "pop".  It's almost always by the time spent or paid for.  However, that doesn't mean you will get the full time if you pop with time remaining.  Some women will end it once you're done.  Most will go the full time allotted.  I do know I would be quite upset if I scheduled multiple hours with a woman, then was shown the door if I finished in 20 minutes.  I feel if I'm paying for the time, I should get the full time, no matter what.  That hasn't happened every time, of course.

I did ask an escort once before things started (an hour was scheduled) whether it would be "one and done" or if things would continue after I finished (assuming that I would finish; this was at a time when I was having trouble even getting one shot on goal).  She said I was entitled to as many as possible within the time allotted, so she didn't seem offended that I asked.  But again, it depends on the woman.  As others have already said here, research the boards to find those who are likely to accommodate more than one happy ending.
