It would depend on your comfort level.  If you have gotten to know her then it should be fine.  However, remember they might have even many more misgivings about coming to your place.

Inviting your date to your house gives them a lot more personal information than I like to give out to people I don't know.  Also the risk of neighbors noticing different women coming to your house may or may not be a factor.  Personally, I'd rather spring for a local hotel room than invite them to my house.  Even with some of the ladies that I have become friends with, I would not tell them exactly where I live.

Remember, this is not your typical civilian date!

 It may have been a slip of the tongue or a typo or I'm mis-reading but:
 You said, "should I do outcall or invite her to my home"...right?  Those are the same thing.  (I didn't want you to call up a gal and ask for something you didn't expect) When a provider does outcall she's coming to your location (home or a hotel you've gotten)  When a provider does Incall you go to her place (or hotel she's gotten).
