As a newbie I am following the advice of many here and getting a VIP membership. In the obvious interest of discretion I want to use an international money order. However the USPS money order does not have The Netherlands listed as participating. Advice/experience?
I've heard here that this works well, but haven't done it that way, myself. I have gone to my bank and gotten money orders, but found that it took about 8 weeks before everything was cleared. I actually had to email staff and ask about it.
I will be going with the Visa gift card next time.
