My God, I could see actual faces, and many of them, for each type "flake" as many of each type has "fallen in my vicinity" many times over the years.  The author came up with a creative way to illustrate their traits, I enjoyed the reading babe so thanks.

And yes - they all VERY much apply to your role as a provider and your screening process, that was an astute obervation.  Just don't assume that someone who is communicating a lot in advance is necessarily indecisive, this person may well be attempting to establish a connection with you first and if it works, and if that is the  type of client that you desire, then the reward will be well worth the effort baby.
