Hi all.  I'm a new hobbyist.  Will be taking the plunge soon, and I'm so glad I found TER! :)

I have a question about the categorized information in the reviews (appearance, services, cost, etc).  How are these fields populated?  For example, if five reviewers say Yes to "Real Photo?" and five say No, what gets put into the Real Photo field?  What about if only one person says No to this question?

profile, but the fields still have to filled out so that the review staff can vet the review.  Those fields though, have no impact on the public profile.

Any changes to the value fields are done by problem report or "contact us" communications to the site support team.  Anyone can do a problem report, but the Provider usually has to be the one to change the important information.

problem report or contacts TER admin to change some of the information.  For example, I know a lady who didn't used to kiss but she has changed her methods and her profile was updated after she contacted TER.  Same thing would apply if the lady changes her rates.
