What is considered standard protocol when communicating with a provider be it by email, text or phone.  
 -Each provider has different protocol and will state so on her website as well on TER.

What are the Do's and Don'ts?  
-Also depends on the lady.  
-Though generally, be respectful and nice to her and she'll do the same for you.
 
Should price ever be discussed in writing? Or strictly verbal? Or don't ask at all if posted on providers website?  
-Price should never be discussed as it should be on her website/TER.  
-Only time price is ever discussed is if there are different prices listed on many sites.
 
Should expectations be discussed in writing?  
-Yes, if you're looking for something really specific that's not mentioned on her site (eg. BDSM).
-But it depends overall.
 
I need a quick rundown and any help is always appreciated!  
-Look through the board! All the answers you asked and will ever need to know are on the board.

She will assume that you are LE and hangup on you. Her rates should be listed on her site. Never ask her to lower her rate. She will be offended. Please read her reviews to give you an idea of what she offers. Her website might have a menu for you to look at. Always wait until you are actually with her to discuss what you like.

Nothing more than basic info for making the appt ... No talk of rates or expectations ... If you read the reviews and website/profiles, you should have enough info to pick the one that will meet your needs.  

If you don't have VIP, get it .... Well worth the info you will gain from reading the full reviews. If you don't have P411, get it ... You can make your own profile which can include specifics about you and what you are looking for in providers. I love to read them to see how we will click and if there is anything I should expect that may be different. Plus I know what refreshments to serve.

Never discuss anything sexual in text, phone, or email.  If she has reviews, her rate will be on her profile.  If she doesn't have rates posted anywhere, you can ask how much for an hour of her time.  Remember, escorts don't sell sex, they sell time.  If she has a website and/or a TER profile, you should be able to determine whether or not she will satisfy your expectations.

What about if her website only shows a price for one hour but you are requesting more than one. I've noticed that many providers offer for example 900 for 2 hours but her per hour rate is 500. What to do in that case?  

Another question would be, what is the average expected response time for an email? When or if you should follow up about your previous email? When do you just forget about that person and move on?

offer a rate per hour less than their single hour rate for longer dates.  It all depends on what you are comfortable spending, and whether or not a multi-hour date will be worth it.  If you're a one-and-done guy, which many of us are, the 2+ hour date might not be worth it even at a lower per hour rate.  That's totally your call.

Around the holidays, I would not really expect a super prompt reply.  After all, many, if not most, providers have families of some sort and will be spending time with them.  I would give them 2-3 days before a follow-up.  Once the holidays are in the past, I would knock it down to a day or maybe 36 hrs.  How long you wait depends on how badly you really want to see her, that's up to you.
