What about if her website only shows a price for one hour but you are requesting more than one. I've noticed that many providers offer for example 900 for 2 hours but her per hour rate is 500. What to do in that case?  

Another question would be, what is the average expected response time for an email? When or if you should follow up about your previous email? When do you just forget about that person and move on?
