I am new to this. Anyone can suggest where to find a GFE provider,who is good with the inexperienced?

Preferred411 is a verification site that lets their providers indicate if they are newbie friendly.  Suggest you go there.  Also suggest you read the self help center on this site, then come back here if you still have questions.
