1. Send them an e-mail once you've got the 30 day trial.  I've always found them very responsive.  To limit your exposure get the lifetime membership so you'll only make one charge (I wish P411 offered this).

2. No.  One free 30 day period.

3. Yes, screening becomes a breeze.  But remember to check reviews.  Not all ladies on Date-check will provide the level of service you are interested in.

5. Yes, get referred by a provider.  As I recall, if you are referred by an "entertainer" then no need to go through extensive screening.  I've not had any problems getting providers to verify me.  You click a button and it sends an e-mail to the lady.  I was recently told by a provider that it sends a daily e-mail until they either verify or decline to verify.

Of course you will need to log in first.  Once you do, scroll to the bottom and there is a section on snail mail payments (to a US address).

I mailed in a MO this week myself - not credited yet, but not worried since I am sure it takes some time to post.

on DC, I got the lifetime membership.  For $125, that's hard to beat.  Had no prob with the CC.
Used it for P411 too, again no problems.  Don't know if either one is worth it, but it never hurts to be covered.  This way, they can screen me w/o having to ask me for information.  

Once you join these sites, you get the providers you see that are members to reference you, so other providers that look at your profile will know you are an OK guy.
