Yes.  It says the provider does waxing. What does that really mean??

It would mean whatever they thought it to mean since they set their profiles there and the p411 definitions can be a little ambiguous. Personally I would take it to mean that the Provider will wax you if you want, (I.e. Manzilian) but they could interpret it as waxing their own body, or even something else (like you mentioned wax play).

I have seen a few late 20s/early 30s providers who have "gilf" on their p411 profile. P411's definition is "an attractive middle aged women." To most of us "gilf" is "grandmother I'd like to fuck."  Hard to be a gramma in late 20s/early 30s. Another one is "party girl." P411 says "provider likes the nightlife, gets wild." To many people "party girl" refers to drugs. So bottom line: who knows what that particular provider meant by checking off "waxing" in her profile unless you ask her or see something somewhere else (reviews, ad, website) that says she provides a certain service.
