I have been getting some real good HJ from full service girls (of course after the full service), thinking about going to massage parlors for this since they are the real pros

Questions and concerns are:

1) If the lady did not wash her hands well, I will have higher chance of getting STDs from her hands ( from  the previous clients).

A couple of realities you need to accept....

#1. You have no way of knowing what a provider has done before you got there. She could have been washing her freaking hands in the last guys jizz right before she kicked him out of the room because you called and said you where on your way up.

Is this likely? Well, maybe, maybe not but who really knows!?  Assuming that one form of paid sex or type of sex worker is safer than another is just that, an assumption with no basis in fact.

Never heard of that being a problem. Most ladies want to get our cum off their hands as soon as possible. See a quality lady and you should have nothing to worry about. Risk of STD is very low.

I've got to be honest, for guys willing to have sex with relative strangers, there are quite a few people on here that are unrealistically phobic about germs and disease.  I think some careful research should be done on what types of STD's you could expect to get from a hand rubbing the outside of your cock....that list is short...well...OK non-existent.

I think if you're seriously asking this question, you need to find another hobby.
