You can get TER white list references. Both have been discussed ad nauseum on this board. Do a search and you can find out more about both.

she can give you a whitelist reference on this site, since you are a member. If you are a member of Preferred411, or P411, and she is as well, she can give you an OK on that site as well, in case you did not understand what HH was referring to.
If you are not a member of P411, contact the site. Gina, the owner is very helpful in verifying newbies for membership. It might be easier if you do that after you review your provider on this site, that way she can vouch for you, if she is a member of P411 as well. Good luck.

Professionals got time for paid services. Reviews helpful with references. I have clients don't write reviews in pay to play business because of it illegal business and don't want to tell world pay for professionals.
