Right off the top of my head I think she would prefer you switch condoms between girls for the disease safety. The latex allergy issue is not even nearly as important as overall health. In your case I would call the escort, but she will probably have her own condoms and obviously your girl will expect you to have your regular condoms so she doesnt have a reaction.
