image hosting using Flickr

Hi

Does anyone know what the legalities of hosting provider photos on Flickr would be? I know they allow adult content, but I'm still not sure what the risks would be for the provider. Does anyone do this?

if you don't own the copyright be careful with flickr

Read flickr's TOS to see what they have to say about adult content and uploading pictures you dont have the rights to.

oh and why are you collecting photos of providers an hosting them ANYWHERE?

Oh, this would be with total approval of the person in question. Nothing shady on that front.
