Maybe she has regulars who see her that left a review over a year ago, or guys who have seen her recently that don’t write reviews...but do read the boards. Ask if anyone has seen her on a local board, you may get a response or PM

If you're concerned about the year-long gap, ask her why. If she has garnered 100+ reviews, she's most likely a good candidate but if you're still feeling nervous, talk to her about it.

She might have taken some time off due to family concerns, a financial situation, etc., that has nothing to do with her providing.  

Also, many clients don't write reviews, so she might have been providing all along and just no reviews have come in.

Let's see who this girl is, post her TER profile. Are you sure she's still active? There's a good chance she might be on a long hiatus, or she might have unofficially retired. Eitherway try sending her a PM, a phone call, text, or email, depending on what her methods of communication are. You're not going to jail just for asking, if that's what you're worried about.
