So I recently posted a review that the provider took extreme exception to. To be fair I probably didn't word it the best way. Anyway she asked me to change it, or if I couldn't remove it altogether. I can't figure out how to do any of that. If I go to "my reviews" all I see is view, not edit or delete. help?

It becomes TER property.  You can't take it down and TER will generally not allow you to change it either.  You can write a new review of the same lady but generally a fair amount of time has to pass between reviews.  You can always contact TER and propose exactly what it is you want to change.  They may or may not allow it.

If the review in question is the one for Zoe, I'd let it stand.  Sounds like a ripoff situation to me.  Others should be forewarned.

Nope wasn't her (and I wouldn't change or take that down even if she paid me), but it's all taken care of.
