I was wondering if this was a common practice or just bad luck with the provider's that I have seen but I really don't make enough $ to really book anything other than a shorter session and I have noticed that I normally limited to either 1 or 2 positions and I think that we ALL know which 1 or 2 that I am talking about.

Normally, the woman makes a comment about how big I am and how being on top or any other position other than me being on top will hurt her too much.

I don't believe this to be 100% accurate however. I think most of these women have a you get what you pay for mentality and that they feel like if you are paying only a fraction of their asking price(hour session or longer) then you are only going to get a fraction of the service she has to offer.(No kissing, CBJ, mish only maybe doggy if you are lucky.)

Am I right? Thoughts?

and if you're big, the responses you're getting are typical, and probably not some much about the money. But, the rest of what you said is basically true. You get what you pay for, usually, if you're lucky.

Limitations is the time now unless her ad says otherwise or her site i'd assume her rates aren't gfe, speaking for myself gfe or non gfe session or pse session depending yes what you pay for your only real limitation other than what you pay for it the time. I don't think always because it's more expensive it's better....I've heard many horror stories and seen sh*tty reviews from guys spending 250 or 350 and up for an hr w/e  makes them feel better and the girl was cold as a fish. It all depends on the hour. I'm not the most expensive or the cheapest but I don't treat someone who will see me for a half hour any less than someone who books me for 2 hrs.

The service you get depends on the personality of the girl.

Oh, by low end you mean price? Because if so I don't give low end service and my rates might be considered low end.

then service levels should never change.  That said, don't expect a lady to buzz through every position you can think of during a 15 min "quickie".

What bugs me more are the up-charges applied over and above the standard hr appointment for certain  visits to the more exotic locations.  

Seems like exotic tours should also come with additional time, otherwise it kind of blows the perception that it is all about the time spent together, doesn't it ??

as an affront to you personally. The poster you are replying to specifically said unreviewed ladies on CL/BP. Yes, there are good ladies that post there but at the same time there are many that are not. There are many scams, etc. The post you are replying to is accurate for what it means to convey. Newbies shouldn't be TOFTT because they don't have the instincts involved.

A recent survey on the Chicago board put the statistic of those that TOFTT at 2%. A brave 2 percent it is!

If you've spoken to enough ladies, you know that many actually take extra care to prepare themselves for those trips you speak of. Additional preparation time, additional caution, additional stress on the body, etc. means they can charge more.

This is exactly while upselling is generally frowned upon except for extra charges to indulge a trip to the isles. Some ladies might charge, others won't, it's their body and their prerogative.

Low price is low price. Low end has much more negative connotations. The two are not always connected.

are a one and done service. They want to get you off ASAP so that when the next guy calls they can let him in as many of these ladies do not screen or schedule.

There are always exceptions, but this is the good general rule of thumb.

I tried it once when I was a newbie...  It's just not enough time for me.  Full hour is usually only slightly more.  I opt for 1.5 if available.

I understand that some women say are 300 an hour, and if you get them to agree to like a MUCH cheaper session or a half hour, then I feel you should still get a great session. The money shes making still comes to her faster then if she were at a regular job, so hellooooo I say.

 Each of you should be respectful of each others time, limits and the situation.
