This is my first time partaking is this hobby and an upscale agency said because I have no references from another agency that will not do business wuth me and suggested I try an independant. I just want a hot sexy young blond. Can anybody ofer any guidance for a total newbie....thanks

Take their advice and start w/an indy or go to another agency.  There's someone out there willing to take your $.

This is like getting a job. At first most empolyer will tell you to blow, but be persistent. Doggedness will eventually get you the job, or here, the blow job.

the TER reviews ... I don't think there is such a thing as a "real" upsale agency MHO ... anyways just because you've been KO'd this round doesn't mean you will be the next ........there are 1000's of agencies ... but i'd stick with the indies ......

Why go with an agency unless you want to feel like you're joining some cool secret club. F agencies.

I asked an Indy to an hour lunch (compensated,of course) my first time. It was a great icebreaker! The next week I spent two hours at her incall, now it's off to the races!!!!

Dude, find a good independant and use her services.  Agencies are usually mis-managed and way over priced.  Also you leave yourself open to being ripped off by the hack agencies.  You think being turned down is hard, imagine shelling out $250 to $350 for a shitty massage and hand job or a condom bj!!  I suggest you just avoid the outcall and do the incall.  If you don't like the way she looks when you first see her, it's a lot eaiser to walk out of their place with your cash than to kick them out of your place without having to pay a cancellation fee.

I'm no 20 year old but I got a nice body. And I see new guys.
