...a doubles partner it is allowed. You do have to follow ad posting guidelines but providers post ads including their doubles partners all the time. I don't see that the partner being male matters.

I'm including a link to a provider ad from my area in which she promotes doubles and her partner in those doubles. Check out how she did it. Note how the partner is mentioned in a reply to the provider's original ad post.  

If you're posting about him on your regional discussion board and it sounds like an ad or if you posted a link or a photo then TER will disallow it because ads can't be placed on discussion boards. Even if you didn't intend it as an ad if TER thinks it sounds/looks like one they will pull it down.

 
Swimtrekr's suggestion to look in the Self-Help Center and check the Ad Posting Guidelines is a good one. It's possible you didn't realize you had committed some infraction of the rules.
