You can't "make a page" or put up your own profile.  You must be reviewed and the first reviewer sets your profile. In order to be reviewed, you might start by posting an ad on your local board. You'll find it at the top of the page under Regional Boards. To get acclimated re how TER works, read the Self Help Manual by clicking on the life preserver at the top right of this page.  Also read as many pages as possible of the Newbie Board because all questions have already been asked and answered.  Also learn to use the search function so you can check on specific subjects that have been discussed.  Good luck!
