Sorry you won't get any service. To many stings/busts from LE. If you work at a small company don't give out your work number if you want to keep your job.

Why would you lose your job?  I verify employment for folks at my worksite all the time.  We get calls from banks, future employers, and other types just wanting to verify the information contained on so-and-so's application.

The providers here don't call up and say anything about this person wanting to visit me.  I'm in the "sex industry" and he wants to come and see me blah blah blah ad nauseum.  The ladies in this industry are smart and can verify the information without letting the cat out of the bag.

Don't be so paranoid!

I don't think this is paranoia.  After all, this is just a "hobby" and your job is your livelihood.  Call an agency; they might be more expensive, but the alternative "could" be disasterous !

There are some providers who do not require work exchange numbers, although I would advise against not doing so.  What you should do is read reviews, find providers that you are interested in and then contact them.  Be honest about not having a work number.  You may have to answer questions that will give a provider an idea of your capacity to pay, she is a business person and has a need to know such information.

If you think a lady's contact form or website seems to ask for too much information, contact the lady by email and see if she can be flexible.

Some ladies have very strict rules that have served them well....good for them if that gives them peace of mind. Yet I know of many others (including myself) who can be quite flexible, so don't be afraid to ask.

Also, as was pointed out below, never lie about screening info. Murphy's Law says you WILL be caught---and any lie will scare off the lady forever.

i maybe give the # of a place (a retail store) i used to work at (she could call as if i got a job somewhere else).  do you think that will suffice as verification?

Hey i would just contact a provider that you want to see and give them other forms of information that will make them feel comfortable. If you don't have a job ask them can you give them two forms of identification.I know one girl that dont ask for much information .It's all about the girl feeling comfortable.

Keep a few copies of phone or utility bills going back maybe six months. If you're traveling then keep your airline itinerary or tickets on hand. There are many hobbyists who are retired or independently wealthy. Do you think smart providers are going to exclude them just because they can't produce a work number?
