Fellas, do you ever get approached by staff when arriving at a hotel for an incall appointment? For example, does anyone ever ask you if you need help or if you've checked in?
Staff may ask to help you. It's avoided if you stride confidently by the lobby... because the lady gave us instructions on how to get to the elevators.
Usually the first question of their mouth is "sir may I have your keys?" as he gets ready to park my car.
To the OP, the hotel staff is there to assist you, not to interrogate you. If you are looking for the elevator, (or the mens room) simply ask, they have no idea that you are there to see a hooker and 99% wouldn't care even if they did know.
Just play it as if you are on vacation, or there to visit a friend from out of town, or for a business meeting, or a business seminar, or to meet someone in the hotel bar or restaurant. There is so much "normal" that you don't need to worry about standing out. "Where is the restroom?" "Where is the bar?" "Where are the meeting rooms?" (Look at the placards in the lobby to see what's going on that day: "I'm here for the Morticians' Seminar in the Golden Ballroom. Where is that?" . Much older newbie threads used to say, "Don't use your cell phone in the hotel! They'll know that you're calling a Provider for her room number!" which was also ridiculous advice. Even 20 years ago, people used their cell phones in hotel lobbies for totally innocent reasons. Walk through a hotel today and find the person who is NOT using or carrying a cell phone. That's the suspicious guy in a contemporary hotel lobby! . Just don't use attention-getting phrases in a loud voice: "Do you have enough condoms or should I pick up an extra package?" Even then, you can be visiting your mistress, not a Provider.
The only two times I ever had a hotel incall, I just waited in the car until I got "the text."
Then I was able to confidently stride in and go straight to the elevator. Never had to interact with anyone.... well except for the one time when housekeeping was knocking on the door since we had gone past our check-out time. Oh the memories.....
