I wonder if there are any providers out there that may offer this. One time I was with a provider and it was only suppose to be a 15 min bj session but I couldnt resist and asked if I could put it inside for $20 more and she agreed. I have a problem paying for a whole hour if Im only gonna use 30-40 min max feel like Imm wasting my money would love it if I can get 30 min session and if I need more time then I would be happy to fork over the rest but would love to know wat anybody thinks

What you bring up is more upselling of services. Most quality gals do not do upsell, that is to say, their rates ecompass their entire menu. One common exception to that is Greek for which many gals charge extra. However advance notice is often needed for that so that the gal will be prepared for that.
I suppose it doesn't hurt to ask however.
$20 for an upgrade from BJ to FS seems a bit lean.

Find a lady who offers 30 minute sessions. With the economy the way it is, there seems to be, at least where I hobby, plenty of quality ladies who offer 30 minute sessions. Yes, a few years ago, when the economy was booming finding top notch providers who would do less than an hour, was a challenge, but not so much today.

If you are worried about money pick another hobby. Trust me the money exchange of this hobby is the achillies heel. Make your date, have fun but do not get hung up on the cash. Do you go into APPLE and negotiate price? Then do not do it with the ladies. I know you were asking about time but truly to them time is money. Just an old,ugly fat fuck with an opinion.
