ask the provider for a general description of the area (for example, what streets it is bounded by) and then go check it out.  If the area is seedy or unsafe, call her back and say that you don't feel comfortable with that neighborhood and request that she come to you or meet you at a respectable hotel of her choosing.  You may have to pick up the tab for the room, however.

Does incall generally travel fom one location to another with the same provider to avoid LE?

What does this mean?

All incall means is that you visit her where she is doing business that day.  That could be her home, an apartment she rents for the purpose, or a room in the Motel 6 out on Route 69 where she has set up shop for the day.

If location and atmosphere are that important to your enjoyment of the experience, here is a suggestions:

Choose the place yourself, book the room, and have her come visit you!

Many providers use hotel rooms for their incall.  They generally pick hotels that are somewhat near their homes and are rated about a three star.  But, if you read ads on the boards of the town you are visiting, some will mention "upscale" hosting.  This indicates a nicer hotel.

I, personally, have my own apartment for incall.  However, none of my pics were taken in that apartment for safety reasons.  They were done in a studio.  Which is often the case so pics can be misleading.

I bet the car you drive was not purchased in front of a ultra-modern building with a hot lady leaning on it, or driving along the coast.

Providers take glamour shots at studio locations, that is not reality.  The reality is in the reviews.  Read the details and see if the incall is usally nice or if it sucks.  See if the lady is using old or deceptive photos.  Find out if the service will make you forget where you are at (the best choice).

A Little research goes a long way in this arena!
